Meet our Personal Trainer Sarah Jenkinson
Sarah is a passionate health and fitness enthusiast, determined to produce for others the deep desire for wanting more out of life. Sarahs mission as a Holistic Trainer is to meet the needs of the body both physically and emotionally, through training, healthy eating, and positive change. She ensures her clients develop confidence towards achieving training goals and aspires others towards being strong.
For the last 3 years Sarah has been completing a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Management at UTS. During her time here, she has had the privilege of working in a professional sports and exercise environment with industry professional mentors that specialise in Strength & Conditioning, Exercise Prescription, and Exercise Physiology.
Sarah uses her knowledge and valuable experience to create challenging, fun, evidence based workouts for her clients. Her training style combines whole body functional movements, with HIIT training and strength based workouts. Sarah believes In the motto: “Strength doesn’t come from what you can do, it comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t.”
