Personal Trainer of the month - Sasha Rangitonga

Sasha began her fitness journey at theage of 7 playing netball for various clubs at high levels and competing in volleyball

tournaments.  She played touch and Oztag and was selected to play state cup for Sydneys Norwest.


Playing sport she acquired an injury which set her back physically and mentally so she hired a personal trainer.  He not only helped her get back into hersport, his rehab exercises helped strengthen other areas of her body and regain her self-esteem.  This inspired her to study at ACPE Academy and complete her certificates.


Sasha believes in the motto “there’s no elevator to success you have to take the stairs” and with fitness you have to put the hard work in for anything to work.
