In collaboration with the guys at Fortitude Nutrition Coaching we are running Nutrition Seminars held at our clubs between the 16th - 30th January. Only $25 per person normally $50, in a 90 minute workshop you will improve your knowledge and understanding of nutrition and how to apply it to your lives in a way that is enjoyable and sustainable.
• Learn the roles, portion sizes, ideal sources and timings of Protein, Fats, Carbohydrates and Nutrient Dense Foods .
• Create 6 meals that fit the Fortitude Formula for macronutrient optimisation that they can implement straight away.
• Learn mindful eating strategies such as Rating Hunger, Eating Slowly and benefits of Food Journalling
• Discuss strategies to overcome common barriers such as Cost Cutting and Time Saving
• Information booklet in PDF form
• Time allocated to answering individual or group nutrition questions
