Post Covid - Class Booking Procedure

TO BOOK A CLASS (VIA APP):

1. A class booking can be made from 4-hours prior to a class via the app.

2. The reception team will reserve your position, where is space is available.

3. When you arrive to the facility please check into the class you reserved with the reception team.

4. Check-in must be made at least 5-minutes prior to class to avoid being replaced

5. Please ensure you bring a fresh clean towel and water bottle

 

TO CANCEL A BOOKING:

• If you are unable to attend a class you have booked we ask that you cancel your booking at least 4 hours prior

to the class starting to allow for someone else can take your spot.

• As check-in must be made 5-minutes prior to the class starting for class management purposes, the staff may

cancel your position and this maybe provided to a member waiting as a class back-up

• We will be monitoring these class bookings and if you fail to turn up or cancel your booking, penalties may apply in

relation to future bookings.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF A CLASS IS BOOKED OUT OR YOU CAN’T GET A BOOKING?

• If a class is fully booked you can turn up 5-minutes prior to a class at reception if any spaces become available we

will book you in manually at reception.

• Priority is given to those who have booked in advance, who must arrive no later than 5-minutes prior to the class to

ensure class allocation.
