What: School Holiday Family DUT - Signature Daily Ultimate Training Bootcamp, tailored for the whole family to enjoy. Family DUT™ delivers both a fun and challenging experience to encourage teamwork.
When: Starting Monday 25th September - Friday 6th October, during School Holidays
Why: Get ready to sweat in our popular functional fitness class that will challenge you with a variety of high-intensity training circuits, family style!
Who: Adults and Kids/youth ages: 8-12 (ages can be considered based on Coaches discretion)
Where: UFC GYM Wetherill Park
How: $49 throughout the duration of school holidays
Time: Mon to Thur 9:30am (1hour &15 minutes)
