Time for a Fitness Assessment?

A fitness assessment by a UFC GYM Personal Trainer evaluates your overall health and physical fitness levels through a series of tests. There could be several purposes for fitness testing, such as:

  • Measuring the current fitness levels and direction moving forwards
  • Determining general muscle strength and endurance against norms.
  • Assessing your flexibility and joint range of motion
  • Tracking your progress

The Objective of each assessment is to design and direct you with the right exercise program for your goal and needs. You may want to improve your cardiovascular fitness or baseline strength through attending CARDIO DUT’s or Boxing Conditioning or STRENGTH DUT classes, for example.
