For some of us, self-motivating and going to the gym to run on a treadmill just isn’t the most effective way to work out. To get a real workout, you might find yourself spending well over an hour in front of a machine - not ideal when you’re trying to re-learn subtraction (however they’re teaching it in primary school today), and planning much needed family face-time.
